Kudla Matrimony: Child Safety Policy

1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

Kudla Matrimony is a service intended exclusively for consenting adults aged 18 and over, seeking to form matrimonial alliances.

The safety of our community is our highest priority. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any activity that facilitates or promotes Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or endangers a minor in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, solicitation, and the presence of underage users on our platform.

This document outlines our safety standards, moderation practices, and reporting procedures designed to protect children and comply with global child safety laws.

2. Age Requirement & Underage Users

Kudla Matrimony is strictly for users aged 18 and older.

It is a direct violation of our Terms of Service for any person under the age of 18 to register for or use our app. We take active steps to prevent underage users from accessing our service and will immediately terminate any account we find to be in violation of this rule.

3. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on Kudla Matrimony and will result in an immediate and permanent ban:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Possessing, creating, sharing, or promoting any visual or written content that depicts the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor.
  • Grooming: Any attempt by an adult to build an emotional or sexual relationship with someone they know, or believe to be, a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
  • Solicitation: Any attempt to solicit sexual content, acts, or communication from a minor.
  • Child Endangerment: Any content or behavior that threatens the physical, sexual, or emotional safety of a minor.
  • Underage Presence: Any user found to be under the age of 18.

4. How to Report Concerns (In-App Reporting)

We empower our users to help us keep the community safe. If you encounter a user, a profile, or any content that you believe violates this policy or endangers a child, please report it immediately.

  • In-App: You can report any user directly from their profile within the Kudla Matrimony app. Look for the "Report" or "Block" feature. Please select the most appropriate reason for your report to help our moderation team act quickly.
  • Email: You can also send a detailed report to our dedicated safety team at matrimonykudla@gmail.com. Please include any relevant information, such as screenshots and user profile details, to help us investigate.

All reports are treated with strict confidentiality.

5. Our Moderation and Enforcement Process

We use a combination of automated detection tools and human moderation to identify, review, and act on violations of this policy.

  1. Review: Our trained safety team reviews user reports and flagged content 24/7.
  2. Investigation: We investigate all credible reports of child safety violations.
  3. Action: Any user or content confirmed to be in violation of our Child Safety Policy will be subject to immediate enforcement actions, including:
    • Removal of the offending content.
    • Immediate and permanent termination of the user's account.
    • Banning the user from creating future accounts.

For severe violations, especially those involving CSAM, we operate on a "one-strike" policy, resulting in an immediate and irreversible ban.

6. Reporting to Law Enforcement and NCMEC

Kudla Matrimony complies with all applicable child safety laws.

We are legally and morally obligated to report all instances of apparent Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) to the relevant authorities. This includes reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or other regional and national authorities, such as the Indian Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, as required by law.

We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in investigations related to child exploitation.
